Just wanted to say a big thank you for being our guide on Vael de Rosa recently. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Dolomites! I hope you managed to get your van going!? We asked for adventure.. And that’s what we got! Fabrizio took us to the Dolomites to climb the towers that appeared in the Cliffhanger movie. Fabrizio is a fun and friendly guide. He speaks English very well and communicates directions clearly. He also laughed at our bad Australian jokes. Fabrizio has been climbing since he was 16 years old. He has a lot of experience including traditional climbing. He checked we were safe at each anchor point all the way up the multipitch climb and made sure we didn’t do anything outside of our ability. We will definitely contact him if we are in the Dolomites area again. Thanks for an epic day!

Hello Fabrizio, We just got home from the rest of our vacation and saw your e-mails. Thank you so much for the pictures . It turned out that I had the flu all day. What bad timing. Even though it was exhausting, my son Jordan and I still thought it was the highlight of our trip. Thank you again for showing us a great time.

The three of us really enjoyed our February 2019 Dolomite Free Ride Ski Tour with guide Fabrizio… who provided just the right mix of mountain safety and guiding on off piste runs as edgy as we were capable of skiing. His local knowledge of the ski terrain, snow conditions and great spots to stop for coffee or nourishment really added value to the trip. It was all in all a great experience. All aspects including transportation, refugio accommodation, food and Fabrizio’s guiding worked out very well. My sole recommendation is that you insist that anytime you run a Free Ride Tour you ensure that ski rental places your clients rent equipment from have ski poles with powder baskets on them. Having such baskets makes a big difference off piste.

Fabrizio suggested meeting for a quick chat, a couple of days before our day ski-touring, which was very reassuring. We discussed what we wanted to do, some potential routes, and the kit we might need, most of which he lent to us.On the day, he was friendly, spoke great English, and took us to a big couloir full of powder, which was all we could have asked for! Most impressively of all, he was very adaptable to the needs to the group, and had plenty of ideas for extra little adventures during the afternoon, even after the lifts had closed.
